Songwriter's Depot Update
Updated August 28th, 2008: Our August Show was a real hit with the dynamic trio of Angela Hacker, James LeBlanc and special guest James' son, Dylan. Performing before a sold-out crowd, the show was 90 minutes of pure talent as the audience enjoyed song after song of original tunes including numerous country music hits. It was a great evening.

Jackson, TN: If you love great country music and great food all in one irresistible package, you can't beat Songwriter's Depot at the Old Country Store for a fun night out on the town. Held the 4th Thursday of the month, the next show is scheduled for August 28th. Dinner begins at 6 on and the show at 7 pm.
Appearing on the Songwriter’s Depot stage this month are Angela Hacker and James LeBlanc. Angela gained national acclaim as the winner of the 2007 Nashville Star, a popular national television show and competition looking for country music's next great star. She is from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She released her first national CD last summer on Warner Brothers Records.
James Leblanc writes for the world famous Fame Publishing in Muscle Shoals. He has become one of the most sought after songwriters around garnering cuts with artists such as Rascal Flatts, Martina McBride, Travis Tritt, Joe Diffie, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. His first hit single was Travis Tritt's “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde ". The song garnered LeBlanc his first top ten single and an ASCAP award for "One of the Most Performed Songs of the Year". More recently he has landed the title cut on Platinum artist Jason Aldean's 'Relentless" as well as Gary Allan’s latest single, "Learning How To Bend". James also recently signed to Fame Records and will be releasing his next CD this fall.
Songwriter’s Depot is produced by Shane Connor with WYN 106.9. Tickets to the show are only $10.00 and $5.00 for ages 10 and under. Dinner is not included in the price of the show. Call WYN 106.9 at 731.427.9616 for reservations.
