Posted April 23rd, 2009: It's so wonderful to have our friends in the Jackson Area Plectral Society back in the Village on Thursday nights for their club jam. (Plectral means pickin'). Come see us soon for this free fun event each week!
Posted April 9th, 2009: Weather permitting, our friends from the Jackson Area Plectral Society are planning on being back with us in the Village for live old-time music under the stars beginning Thursday, April 16th. Pull out your lawn chair from storage after a long cold winter and bring it to the Old Country Store next Thursday as we welcome back the Jackson Area Plectral Society. You will love sitting around and enjoying one of the most unique musical events in the South on the front porch of the Old Country Store as the Plectral Society meets for their weekly jam. Every Thursday until April to October. Begins around 6:30 pm until.
The Old Country Store is open until 9 pm. Y'all come!
