Updated April 28th, 2011: We are so delighted to have the Jackson Area Plectral Society back with us on Thursday nights. These open air jam sessions are so incredible and we deeply appreciate the Plectral Society and how they share their musical talents with our guests and add such a festive atmosphere on Thursday nights April to October. Our friends with the Jackson Area Plectral Society are planning on coming back for their weekly club jam playing ole time music on March 31st, 2011 weather permitting. During the winter they meet at a local church. We can't wait to have them back jamming on the front porch and around the Village with us! Photo below courtesy of Tennessee Department of Tourism...
Pull out that lawn chair from storage after a long cold winter and bring it to the Old Country Store on Thursday evenings this Spring & Summer until October for great live local music ~ casual style. You will love sitting around and enjoying one of the most unique musical events in the South on the front porch of the Old Country Store as the Plectral Society meets for their weekly jam every Thursday!
